I tend to take my time over my research - maybe it's my age! - but the information I discovered was well worth the time invested.
I came across a program claiming it could show me the fastest and easiest way to lose weight and reverse the aging process in your body. Naturally sceptical, I read the sales pages with caution but was impressed with its content and bought a copy.
I'm glad I did. It has inspired me to take action. I never knew, for example, what most experts agree that a 15-20 year decrease in biological age is achieveable with simple exercise and lifestyle changes.
It addresses the real problems that people face as they get older and delivers practical advice in a realistic yet very readable way. I actually enjoy using this program, it's a great inspirational read and contains over 50 real life examples of everyday people who have made stunning changes to their health and looks. I have to say I'm not a great fan of body building physiques (as many of them have) but it's all about progression and personal goals.
