I couldn't say that I was totally out of shape, I cycle regularly to work and run a little, it was just that I seemed to be losing shape and putting on weight around the waist and chest - rather more fat than muscle for my liking! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;I tend to take my time over my research - maybe it's my age! - but the information I discovered was well worth the time invested.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;I came across a program claiming it could show me the fastest and easiest way to lose weight and reverse the aging process in your body. Naturally sceptical, I read the sales pages with caution but was impressed with its content and bought a copy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;I'm glad I did. It has inspired me to take action. I never knew, for example, what most experts agree that a 15-20 year decrease in biological age is achieveable with simple exercise and lifestyle changes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;It addresses the real problems that people face as they get older and delivers practical advice in a realistic yet very readable way. I actually enjoy using this program, it's a great inspirational read and contains over 50 real life examples of everyday people who have made stunning changes to their health and looks. I have to say I'm not a great fan of body building physiques (as many of them have) but it's all about progression and personal goals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;There is loads of great information to cover but you can cut right to the essentials with the 5 Pillars of Anti-Aging - fantastic stuff. Its working for me.
